Our Historical Roots

The journey of Voice of International Culture began with a vision to unite cultures through art.

Historical

It was the year 2022, in a vibrant and collaborative setting, while Odson Charlot, Founder of this organization gathered with his collaborators in Brazil on a socio-cultural project, was born the idea of what is now becoming the Voice of International Culture (VIC). An innovative platform that brings together the enthusiastic participation of visual Artists as well as other professionals in the cultural sector. The goal behind the creation of this organization is to create the largest network of Cultural Integrators of all times in the world. Promote and have the works of artists recognized. Thus, organize cultural events with them around the world.

Dynamic Approach

The dynamic approach of the project is to update art and global culture of the world. This cultural diversity multiplies choices, nourishes a range of skills, human values and worldview and draws wisdom from the past necessary to illuminate the future. Cultural diversity is the central spring of the sustainable development of individuals, communities and countries. According to UNESCO, no development can be sustainable without a strong cultural component. Indeed, only a human centered approach to development, based on mutual respect and open dialogue between the cultures, can lead to lasting peace in the world. Charlot, to make sure that the platform is really representative, he decided to open the doors to everyone who wants to participate regardless of their fields and levels of studies or academic background. This openness creates a unique collaborative atmosphere, allowing people from diverse backgrounds and different perspectives to join in a common platform. Thus, the project appears with the mission of filling a gap, establishing itself as a vehicle that exploits and celebrates the wealth of art and culture of the world and promotes the exchange of knowledge between cultural integrants around the world. In short, the project represents the power of collaboration and passion for culture and the official language which is ART. A precious space for dialogue, creative expression and the promotion of cultural wealth.

Philosophy Of The Project

Write a new page in the history of the ART of Global Culture and take advantage of its own strategies to promote the regional cultures of each country. The world has many stories. Among the most frequent cultural events in the world are: carnival, gastronomic and art fairs, the creativity of its artists and artisans are the cultural heritages of diversity and its cultural expressions. These events play an important role for the memory and vitality of the peoples and constitute the fundamental cement of the social cohesion of the regions. Hundreds of thousands of years of existence are characterized by culture in the world. With this, a great wealth and cultural diversity have been created in each region. Fineza Sebastião Teta

Cultural Ambassador in Angola

Born on December 26, 1977, in Luanda, Angola, Fineza (Fisty) showed artistic talent from childhood. She pursued her passion at the National Institute for Artistic and Cultural Training (INFAC). She graduated with distinction from the Open Window Art Academy in South Africa and holds certifications in Interior Design. Throughout her career, she has won numerous awards and honorable mentions, including from the ENSA Arte Prize and the Russian IRIDA Foundation.

Betchie Witney Charlot

General Assistant

Betchie W. Charlot was born on March 2, 2005, in Haiti and moved to Brazil at age 8. After completing her studies in 2022, she became a Brazilian citizen. A talented painter and designer, Betchie is currently studying medicine with the dream of becoming a surgeon and entrepreneur, blending her passions for art and science to make a difference.

Fábio Malosti

Ambassador and Writer in Brazil

Born in Taubaté, Brazil, Fábio Malosti is a biologist and teacher specializing in environmental education and sustainability. He has dedicated his career to preserving the environment and raising awareness for sustainable habits. Fábio believes that we must all fight for a better planet with love, ensuring a brighter tomorrow for future generations by taking action today.

Néné Fatima I. Sylvain

Ambassador and Writer in Philippines

Néné Fatima I. Sylvain is a poet, musician, yoga teacher, and educator from the Philippines. With a degree in Education and training in Social Services, her desire to serve humanity led her to work in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Jamaica, and Haiti. She is the Co-founder of École Recreatech in Haiti, embodying a life dedicated to holistic healing and education.

Willène Polynice

Cultural Ambassador in Haiti

Born in Belladère, Haiti, Willène Polynice studied Hospitality, Administration, and Journalism. As a passionate cultural event organizer, she founded THE A FEMME AGENCY to produce shows and highlight young artistic talents. Currently, she serves as the General Coordinator of the FAO-AYITI Foundation, where she provides psycho-educational guidance to children in Haiti.

Leonardo Pundi Balbino

V. President

Leonardo Pundi Balbino, born in Luanda, Angola, is a versatile plastic and digital artist. He embraces artistic freedom, leaning towards modernism and abstract styles. With a degree in computer science and two years of study at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kinshasa, he combines technical skill with creative expression. Fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Lingala, he has been professionally active in the art world since 2019.
